Before joining SISTER in 2023, Nancy built her career as a freelance Line Producer and UPM working on projects in the UK and Europe. Commencing as a Production Runner 17 years ago, she has progressed through various production roles, ultimately overseeing the production of features and HETV dramas for renowned companies such as Fox Searchlight, Universal Pictures, MGM, Film 4, EOne, BBC, ITV, Netflix, and Disney. Her extensive portfolio includes notable series and features like BRIDGERTON, OFFICIAL SECRETS, FIGHTING WITH MY FAMILY, SHERWOOD, and ARCHIE.

Becoming a mum last year.
