Karen joined SISTER in 2020 as the Global Head of FP&A. Before joining SISTER, Karen worked at FremantleMedia for 13 years within their Licensing/Enterprise Division as a Commercial Financial Controller, responsible for providing commercial, financial and strategic support to the regional CEO’s for all Licensing activities worldwide. FremantleMedia is one of the largest creators, producers and distributors of television brands in the world with particular expertise in formatting entertainment shows such as Idol, Talent and X-Factor. Karen is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
